Scottish Mythology

Selkies are seals that shed their skins to dance in human form on beaches. If their skins are taken they are unable to go back to the ocean that calls to them relentlessly.

They can choose to live on land though it is rare. They have no majik aside from changing forms and always being able to locate the ocean.
