The Caeles Human Urban Relations: Chapter Horus, commonly referred to as The CHUR:CH is an alternate to the Hunter Society. Most CHUR members either are or are related to caelestes. The Hunter Society kicks out or kills those who have been turned which is how the CHUR originally began. Each major city is part of a chapter lead by a member of the fae, as they are the best to iron out any powerplays that may go awry. Chapter Horus, where Alex Ishkov is "employed", is run out of an actual church which is no longer in service. Glamors have been placed to keep regular humans from noticing it which is how the city was able to grow around it.
