Fasinaré is both the club in which the main characters frequent and a criminal group of fae. Tsukoyomi founded the club before joining the group which then took on the name of the club itself. They are known to deal primarily in drugs, the harder the better. They enjoy chaos for the sake of it.

The current Fasinaré is run out of the old industrial district. The building was once a factory and renovated by Tsukoyomi for both his living quarters and the club itself.
