Changelings have opened and run a large amount of orphanages, halfway houses, and family assistance programs to spite humans.

They are still known to collect children from undeserving parents. Their majik helps them find the "other" within a group (so deception spell/illusions and such don't work on them) They abhor the phrases "This isn't/can't be my child" "They don't look like me" in regards of parents to/about children.
