Humans are not caelestes and the only reason they have been added is due to the very small fraction that have the ability to use some small amount of majik.
Common names for these individuals are mikos, mudangs, shamans, priests/ess, witch doctors, and so forth. Some are misdiagnosed with mental illnesses due to the nature of their abilities.
